Candidates had to perform a <span style=\"color: #ef7f00;\">15-minute role play<\/span> which featured two professional situations (in French and English), followed by a short interview with the jury.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the competition-jury for professional candidates, Pascal played a guest in the role play and S\u00e9verin sat with the jury. <span style=\"color: #ef7f00;\">Both would like to congratulate all participants, professionals and students, for their performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_691\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-691\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upscalehr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/45539553304_488fcff597_k-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.upscalehr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/45539553304_488fcff597_k-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.upscalehr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/45539553304_488fcff597_k-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.upscalehr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/45539553304_488fcff597_k-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.upscalehr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/45539553304_488fcff597_k.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-691\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The jury for professional candidates<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The event ended with a <span style=\"color: #ef7f00;\">cocktail reception<\/span> which was held for the members of the Committee, the Jury, Hoteliers, Sponsors, supporters, AICR Friends &amp; former winners as well as all the competitors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s laureates are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ef7f00;\">Estelle Niveau<\/span><\/strong>, receptionist at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dorchestercollection.com\/en\/paris\/le-meurice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Meurice Hotel<\/a> (Dorchester Collection), Best Receptionist Paris 2018. She will take part in the <a href=\"http:\/\/aicrinternational.org\/the-david-campbell-trophy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Receptionist of the Year Competition<\/a> which will happen during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aicr-congress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2019 AICR Congress<\/a> in London from 23<sup>rd<\/sup> to 27<sup>th<\/sup> January, 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ef7f00;\">Eug\u00e9nie Ledent<\/span><\/strong>, a BTS student at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecole-hoteliere-du-perigord.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">P\u00e9rigord Hotel School<\/a> (CCI Dordogne), Best Junior Receptionist 2018.
