Due to the pandemic, the AICR annual congress was held online this year. Max Vetter, representing Switzerland, was named World’s Best Receptionist!

The World’s Best Receptionist title was awarded to ? Max Vetter (Baur au Lac, Zurich – AICR Switzerland), followed by ? Vithya Subramaniam (Marina Bay Sands, Singapore – AICR Singapore) and ? Lara Dröge (Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg – AICR Deutschland) !

In these challenging times for hospitality and the tourism industry, it was great to witness so much talent among receptionists from around the world.
